Tiger Bear Wolf + furiousBall
For a long time I didn't hear a good old rock'n'roll. Tiger Bear Wolf are 4-piece outfit from Greensboro, NC and as they say themself are in the mission of saving rock'n'roll. Their garage rock is influenced by the music of Led Zeppelin, The Stooges, Fugazi, Polvo, etc. Combining two vocals and the guitars from Jonathon Moore and Noah Howard, supported by Matt Bostick on bass and Lawrence Holdsworth playing drums, the band delivers a raw energy and the sound that makes your heart beats faster. TBF are on Hello Sir Records label and have released self-titled debut that you can purchase on HSR page.

thanks for the tip on tiger, bear, wolf..
yee haw, finally some guys who like to tear it up and arent afraid to pound. the lyrics still seem silly and pointless, i think if they were more thought provoking, this band might have something...

Thumbs up on Tiger Bear Wolf. (And let me extend my congratulations to yet another band finding a way to work the word "wolf" into its name.) I DEFINITELY hear the Fugazi influence. There's a bit more blues inflected in their music, though, which is kinda cool. I'd love to see these guys tear it up live.
Thanks for the Beta Band link, by the way!
Still had to check them out... :D:D
